Returns and Refunds
Our returns policy is 30 days. If 30 days has pasted since your delivery, unfortunately, we would be unable to offer you an exchange or refund.
For a return your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, including all original labelling.
You will receive an email once your return has been received and inspected.
Please note that exchanges will only be given if your item is faulty or not as described.
It is the responsibility of the customer to pay all return postage. This will not be refunded. Please ensure that your items are suitably packaged for postage.
Once your refund has been approved we will send you email confirmation. Your refund will then be processed via your original payment method.
